Orange Light Flashing on Battery When Mowing

I purchased the mower that uses 2 batteries. One of the batteries will flash an orange light continuously even when I use the battery with other equipment. When the orange light flashes, the tools shut-off.

How can I get this battery replaced? I had it over 3 months.

Ego batteries have a 3 year warranty.  Call CS first thing when they open if you can to minimize any wait.  They are closed on Monday for the holiday

I call them and the conversation when like this...
Ego CS: How can I help you?
Me: One of the batteries flashes orange continuously even with the other Ego tools.
Ego CS: This means that it's over heating. Where do you store it?
Me: the garage with the other tools. I have many other Ego batteries, but only this one is a problem.
Ego CS: You should not store the battery in the garage because 80 degrees is the storing temperature (The impression was that the battery will not be replaced). 
Me: Ok! I 'll just return everything to Home Depot ( Now, I'm thinking to buy the Honda because of the other problems that I had with Ego).
Ego CS: Did you registered it?
Me: Yes, I registered the mower. By the way... In Houston, it's 80 degrees at night and 107 degrees during the day. I am not storing those batteries in my house.
Ego CS: The mower that you purchased has two lights in the front of it. 
Me: (I'm thinking... What that supposed to mean??? ... but I kept my cool. Is she saying that we should only mow at night??? Should not the people in the south buy EGO???)
Ego CS: Send us an e-mail for proof of purchase.
Me: What is the email?
Ego CS:
Me: Ok thanks. 
...then we hung-up. I'm really thinking about getting that Honda, but I'm going to try Ego one more time because of this very good customer community forum.

I say call them back, and if you recall who you spoke with today, ask to speak with someone else besides that CS agent. This agent got stuck on the flashing orange and didn't seem to catch the rest of your comment and then went straight from the script. 
I say try again with a different agent.

To be quite honest, I'm getting burned out. I emailed the receipt. If there is no indication that I will receive another battery, the Ego mower will be returned for the Honda. This is the second mower and now this. The Ego community is very good!

They will replace the battery.  They've given me no grief the 2 times I've had to call them.
You just need a different CS rep.
I think the batteries don't last 3 years but thankfully the warranty does
