One of the metal plates connecting the battery to the lawnmower is missing. What are my options?

Most mowers only have three terminals. The fourth connected on the battery is for the charger and isn't used on any tools even if they have a prong for it.

Make sure your equipment is registered and give Ego a call. If you can call today the wait time will probably be lower than over the holiday weekend. If you haven't already registered and sent a copy of your receipt, have the original handy when you call as it is required for warranty coverage.

Wife and I just purchased the Mower + Charger + Battery kit at local Home Depot -- the mower came with the blade un-attached, and does not seem to have any hardware to attach the blade with.  I have all the parts I think I am supposed to have, except the spacer(s), and/or nut(s), and/or other hardware that make the blade attach to the mower.  Is there a place where I can buy or order this?  Home Depot referred me to here for assistance saying that they do not have parts for the mower available other than just the blade by itself Thank you for any help and time! 

We need some other tools (weedeater, trimmer) but wanted to try just the mower first, but sadly we cannot even use it!
