One of the blades where you place the battery in the mower has broken off. I can't find it and now the mower won't start. Where do I send it for repair?

Rob, just in case this is what you're seeing, many Ego tools only have three of the four terminals, the fourth is only used by the charger:



Either way, if your mower won't start be sure you've gone through all the normal troubleshooting steps (handle is fully extended etc.). If it's still not starting, you'll have to call Ego customer service. They will direct you where to go for repairs.

Okay, that's what I'm seeing. What handle should be fully extended? I'm not doing anything different.

just retract and pull the handles all the way out and reclip.  See if that works.
