Not Working (Blower)

I started having problems with Blower end of last year. I called and a new battery was sent, but the unit will not hold a charge for more than 2 minutes. I love the unit over my old style unit so much so that 3 of my neighbors have bought them. Can you help me ? here is a screen shot from my account :

The information you supplied does not include the date of purchase. so as far as the community help is, we can't help you with warranty.  You need to call EGO directly and let them know of your issue.  They may be able to help you by the lights on the charger, etc.  They have the date of purchase and if its still under warranty they will replace the defective item
