Not too happy about my two year old mower intermittently stopping while mowing - and it's not an overload situation. It simply quits. It will start again once I (appear to) reset it by pushing the five sided key and also open and close the green side clasps on that lock the handle extensions in place. Been using a bungy cord wrapped around the handle and clasps to keep them closed tight, and this seems to have has helped. But not so much now and my warranty is running out. I'm told there is no service here in Fredericton, NB, Canada. Very disappointed. These are expensive mowers not to mention the two other EGO products I purchased only to find out I have no local service depot.

If your mower is two years old your warranty isn't running out. It has a five-year warranty.

Call Ego's customer service line directly. If the problem seems to be the handle clamps coming loose they can send you replacements. From what I've heard they're an easy swap.

Call Ego at 1-855-EGO-5656 (1-855-346-5656) from 8:30AM - 8:00PM EST (Monday - Friday) & 10:00AM - 6:00PM EST (Saturday & Sunday). Earlier in the day is better this time of year.
