I just noticed as I went to order the 16" that it is "temporarily" unavailable. Well, what is the lead time? The window to get things done is closing with the weather, so I am curious as to when these will show up?

Thanks
Ed

Perhaps Union Wheel may be an alternative to HD on this matter

You could always give them a call and ask them if they'll price match Home Depot?

At $349 the 16” kit is a steal!!! So much so that I’m betting the price is an error and will be corrected before it’s available:

https://www.homedepot.ca/en/home/p.16...

The 2Ah 14” saw kit costs more than that up here!!!

The 16" kit with the 5.0AH battery is $300 at Home Depot USA.  All the other kits make no sense from a cost/benefit perspective, given that the 5.0AH battery alone is $220.

Yeah, I meant to order it last week but got busy and when I got back to it I could not order it.

Doh! I’d call HD and see if they’ll let you place an order.

Seriously?  Today there is no 16" for offer at Canadian Home Depot. What a scam. Put up a sale price and then it disappears.

Perhaps it was a "while supplies last" sale

Nope, it was up since late last week , you could only order online. I'll just get it in the US, what a farce getting stuff through Home Depot up here.Issues galore with the web site. When I called customer service yesterday they told me they were waiting on a shipment, and to try this morning. Well I did and Houdini was at work.

That stinks that y'all have to deal with a third world HD in Canada.

It was actually listed as a “new lower price” and it seemed like a fair price as the conversion worked out to be the same cost as in the states. It is the same 17% price reduction as the self propelled mower. So hopefully it gets listed again for this price.

I have been watching the inventory of the 16" with 5.0AH battery in the US for the past year; it's out of stock more often than in stock, and when it pops up, it's usually sold out within a week.
If you are trying to land one, use the Home Depot notification email, and then when it does show up online, be ready to purchase.  Or like you said, buy it in the US.

Hard to get a notification on a SKU that no longer exists. Do you know how?

Looks like my link above is going to the 14-inch, but the site also seems a little whacky, so maybe use the search function and enter the SKU.
