No hoops with customer service

So after 1+ years my battery on my mower went bad and I called customer service. They readily sent me a new battery and charger plus paid for the return of the old one. It is great when a company does what they say they will without making the consumer jump through hoops. Soooo.. I went out and bought the 14" chainsaw which I used yesterday for about 2 hours and it is perfect for residential use. I have a Florida jungle with a combination of hardwoods and palms. If you are not familiar with palms they are difficult to cut with a hand saw because they are almost all fibers. And I have about 50 of them, all 15' or taller and they seem to multiply like rabbits so every year I have to cut some down.
