No customer support?!

I have a brand new 2.5 AH battery with the blinking green light issue and have been trying to reach eGO support (855-346-5656) for more than a week now with no success. When I called today I get "no one is available at that extension" as the first response with no way to leave a message or ask for a call-back. What is going on with eGO customer support?!.

Does anyone at eGO care about this issue? If I don't get some kind of response in the next few days I plan to open a case with the Better Business Bureau!

They certainly care as we have seen from many posts on this board of people getting their problems solved and Ego CS going above and beyond to make things right.

The phone system seems to be down right now.  They were planning an upgrade to the system, so maybe that is happening and not going smoothly.  In any case just try them again later, tomorrow and Monday if needed.  They will take care of you once their phone system is back up.
