Hey, I have the same problem. The battery of my blower died, and I called the customer service twice, one time for more than an hour and the second time for about 30 minutes. No one answer!! I finally left a message, and NEVER got they call back as they promise (calling back within 24 hours). 

Luckily, I was able to return the blower with the defected battery.

Tri Lai, we're sorry to hear that you had a hard time getting through to customer service.  Our team is committed to returning calls in a timely manner and we're disappointed to hear that you didn't get a call back. We're sad to hear that you had to go back to the store.  We'd love to know when you called so we can monitor our staffing.

Dpb, we're sorry to hear that you are upset about our customer service department.  We'd like to know a little more about your problem since this post is pretty vague.  We are committed to being there to answer questions on the phone and are monitoring long wait times and missing return calls.  We just implemented a new callback feature on our phone lines that allow you to keep your place in line and allow us to call you back.  Have you been able to use that?  Please let us know more about your issues so we can investigate and help others who also might be running into problems reaching us.

Why can't you increase your staffing to prevent such long hold times????  Are you guys unable to afford more staff?
