I bought a new Ego power snow blower 56volt lithium ion cordless in December 2016. The charge is full as it shows green light when pressed button on battery. . I placed 2 batteries and made sure to hear click sound. For the first time- when i depressed switch and squeezed bail switch as shown in manual, i heard the start sound for 2 secs and turned off. After that i tried numerous times but no use. This is really frustrating as snow has piled up in the drive way and didn't expected 600$ worth blower to be a bum

Suzan, contact Ego Customer Service.  There were a few units from an early production run that failed just like yours.  They can have you a replacement shipped out immediately.
