I spent 30 minutes on the phone with Customer Service on Saturday before finally giving in and leaving a message for a call back. I was told I would be called back within "24 Business Hours." I am not sure what this means. 24 hours? 24 hours that Ego customer service is open? Either way, no one called me on Sunday.
Monday, still no call back so I called again, and again spent 30 minutes on hold before I had to go because, you know, people have lives.
Tuesday, still no call back and I called again...and the phone just kept ringing. Seems maybe the phone lines shut down early?
Regardless, I have a $400 lawnmower that is useless to me without the key that for some reason can't be sold in stores or on this website and I'm just a little frustrated.
Can someone please help me with getting a new key for my lawnmower?
