My string trimmer doesn't work.

If your sting trimmer isn't working, check the following things;
  • Is the battery fully connected?
  • Is the battery charged?
  • Are you depressing the lock-off lever and trigger simultaneously?
  • Is the battery pack or trimmer too hot (above 152 degrees Fahrenheit)?
  • Is the motor overloaded due to debris and grass build up in the cutting head?
