My string trimmer does not run even with a full charge

my trimmer has a full charge but when I try to run it, it is making a knocking noise and barely spins. it is beyond repair?

Sounds like either it's clogged with weeds and grass or it is broken. Call customer service. They will take care of you

First thing you could do to isolate the problem is take apart the trimmer head, e.g. like you would to clean it.  Then leave everything off and run it.  If it runs like that, and the knock is still there, then the problem is within the motor area.   If you wanted to go one step further, and are handy with tools, you could remove the single nut that holds the trimmer head's BASE, from the motor shaft.  That would completely isolate it to the motor.
