When mowing with my 20" non self-propelled mower it doesn't cut all of the grass. In fact it leaves some uncut on every pass. I am a qualified mower (been mowing lawns for 35 years), so I know to overlap the tires, etc. I love everything about this mower, but it is frustrating. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

There is a bit of a technique using these mowers. You might try applying upward pressure on the handlebar to force the front of the mower down a little bit. See if that works.

No...a bunch of the mowers came that way from the factory...

I don't know that "a bunch of mowers" came with their blades upside down. I remember reading one post here claiming that was the case.

I confirmed the blade is on correctly...frankly I'm a little sad, this would have been an easy fix.

Hi J, I had the same problem, try overlapping a few inches past the previous tire track. There is a 1/2inch of space between the edge of the blade and the the outer edge of the mower deck.

Buy the hi lift blade. And keep it sharp. They get dull quick because the metal is poorly heat treated if at all

There isn't a high-lift blade for the 20-inch mower in the U.S.

Bummer...
Knowing what I know I would order one from England it's that much better. It's worth the 50 bucks it will cost if you can afford a $600 mower.

Why it is not available in the US is a complete mystery. Can't be a safety regulation thing because they already sell the 21" HL blade in the US.
Come on Ego - get this done - make it available to your US customers.

I'll just drop this here - 20" High Lift blade from UK and they do ship to the US for ~$20
