My fast charger just sits at red...

I have 2 regular chargers and 1 fast charger. When I try to use my fast charger it just sounds like it's going to work and then it just sits with the red light on. The other chargers seem to work but the fast charger is the one that's supposed to be the one I can quickly rely on especially since I have the mower, blower, trimmer and weed eater to run. Other than the issue of the fast charger not working I love the products! What do I do about this?

If the other chargers and batteries work fine, then the problem is the fast charger is defective. Make sure you've registered the charger at the Ego website (you'll need the serial number on the charger and your receipt), then call Ego customer service and they'll arrange to ship a replacement charger to you:

1-855-EGO-5656 (1-855-346-5656) from 8:30AM - 8:00PM EST (Monday - Friday) & 10:00AM - 6:00PM EST (Saturday & Sunday).
