My EGO lawnmower is stranded in the EGO shop in Atlanta, Georgia. It was sent there for repair after I dropped it off at Home Depot in Orange, TX. After 3 weeks of NO WORD at all, I inquired through Home Depot. They have received NO WORD either. It seems to me that my lawnmower has been sitting there unattended for 3 WEEKS! I DESPERATELY NEED MY MOWER ASAP! I am disabled and to have major surgery in 3 weeks. This IS an emergency situation. PLEASE REPAIR AND RETURN MY MOWER!

To speak with Home Depot's warranty department directly, call 1-855-284-3349. This line is now established for customers to be able to call in and check on their tool's repair status at any point. This is the fastest way to get an update.
