My EGO 56V leaf blower, which I adore, failed after 6 months. I called home depot and got numerous different answers about warranty procedures. One person said just bring in the blower and not the accessories, yet when I brought it in, the guy behind the desk said they needed everything, batteries and charger. Crap. Now my problem is that I have 3 batteries and two chargers, because I have a chain saw too and hate having a dead battery in the middle of my jobs. He now says to bring all my stuff in to the store. then they want 100$ to send it in to repair it in case its not under warranty. Crap. the blower only costs $100 by itself so why am I bothering?? I'm actually kind of pissed at this point. It seemed like a good product and good warranty until it failed and the warranty stuff is useless. GRRRR Henry firstname.lastname@example.org
