My battery will not stay in place during use

My batteries will not stay clicked in place and therefore the mower continually quits.  I have the entire EGO setup and could not be happier with the Trimmer, Blower, and Hedge Trimmer.   have not had much luck with the mower.  I had a defective battery at the start and shortly after that the battery stopped locking in place.  I cannot find parts online and my Home Depot were very friendly, but did not have anyone with EGO expertise the day I stopped to seek service.

Thank you EGO for your prompt response and excellent customer services.  After trouble shooting my problem by phone a new replacement mower was sent to my home.  My new mower works perfectly, So much better the one I purchased last year.  I do not think my batteries ever did correctly fit into the first mower I purchased. I think the green attachment button was damaged from the start after comparing it to the new mower.  The green button that locks into place never locked as securely as the new one does.  Before I would have to continually switch out batteries thinking the batteries were not lasting as long as advertised.  Now I can see that my batteries where never properly locking into place even when the mower was working..   I am thrilled with a properly working EGO mower and HIGHLY recommend this mower and the other lawn equipment in this line.  I am certain I just by chance purchased a damaged mower.  My wife reminded me that it was the last one Home Depot had that day and thinks it may have been a floor model. Regardless,  I am purchasing another set up for one of my veterinary clinics because the mower stores in a small space and I do not have a garage at that site.  Thank you EGO for your excellent customer service!  Note to EGO owners, if you have not called in your serial numbers from your batteries, your chargers, and your lawn equipment, do so.
