my battery does not charge

warranty

my BA2240 serial # u131002939 will not work nor charge.

It is not a charge issue. the battery has gone bad in less then a year of owning it

To make a warranty claim, you need to contact customer service at the phone number listed on this page. If you included contact information when you registered to post on this page someone will probably contact you. Otherwise, this is just a public customer discussion forum.

Hi Sean! Thank you for your post (and Ken and David thank you for both replying faster than I could). I was able to pull up your account and I see that you called in yesterday and spoke with Tracy, who placed an order for a replacement 4.0 battery. Please give us a call or send us an email to support@egopowerplus.com once you receive your new battery so we can update the serial numbers. And please don't hesitate to contact us should you need additional support in the future.
