My battery charger has failed me!

My battery charger, CH5500, does not work. I've only had it for 3-4 months. I would like a replacement sent to me overnight.

Hi Brad. We appreciate your post, and are sorry to hear that your 30min charger is no longer working as it should. We also received your email and I replied back early this morning that we would need to go through additional troubleshooting over the phone; as it is a requirement for warranty claims. Rebekah, one of our EGO customer support specialists tried giving you a call back this afternoon and had to leave a voice mail to call us back; as she was unable to reach you. Really would like to assist you with this issue so please give us a call back at your convenience at 855-346-5656 so we can help you as soon as we can. We will need the serial numbers off of your mower, battery, and charger, as well as the place of and date of purchase. We look forward to hearing from you.
