My 5.0 EGO battery for my EGO mower will no longer charge at all. It simply flashes red when in the charger all the time. I tried another charger, and same thing. Would Ego replace this even though it has been three years?

If it is within the 3 year window...Yes
if it has been greater than 3 years...well, I think you are looking at buying new battery...and you could either try fixing your old battery by following the youtube instructions...

or you could try contacting your local Interstate Battery Store to see if they have started to rebuild EGO batteries

or you could ask EGO what their battery rebuild prices are...:)

The 5.0 Ah batteries have barely been out for three years --- they came out right after I bought my mower in May 2015. So check your receipt or warranty registration to see if you're within that three-year warranty window.

Ego doesn't rebuild batteries, so that isn't an option.

You can call customer service at 1-855-EGO-5656 (1-855-346-5656) from 8:30AM - 8:00PM EST (Monday - Friday) & 10:00AM - 6:00PM EST (Saturday & Sunday).

Call earlier in the day to avoid long wait times.
