We would like to help. Which trimmer do you have? What is the problem you are having? How long have you had the trimmer? Where did you buy it?
A couple of generic answers. If you bought it at Home Depot and it is within their 90 day return window, return or exchange it. If it's past 90 days the trimmer itself has a 5 year warranty and the battery and charger have 3 year warranties. You could call EGO customer service and talk to an agent who will be able to help you. Call early in the day to avoid hold times.
