If within 90 days of purchase, Home Depot will exchange or 1 year charged to their credit card. Beyond that, call customer service at 1-855-EGO-5656 (1-855-346-5656) early in the day to avoid wait time.

Tye, your warranty is for 5 years. Do you know if you've had it longer than 5 years? If not, give EGO CS a call, they will help you out.

I flipped it over and cleaned the deck with a flathead screwdriver. Runs fine! I appreciate your responses!! There must be a sensor that tells the mower when it’s too heavy or unbalanced due to grass buildup.

Ah good deal. The grass can really build up under the deck even interfering with the blade rotation.

Tye, next time, use a scraper made for this chore because sharp edges will leave gouges causing more grass build up.
