My mower won't start and I need help with repair/replacement direction.

I have a 2 year old 20inch mower, that will not start.  The battery is fine (it works well with my EGO blower).  I have been through the typical troubleshooting steps - first online, and then on the phone with EGO support (after lengthy holding times).   They directed me to a Home Depot for service (and implied that it should be quick and simple).   I went there; they are not equipped to service it themselves, and they suggested that they could ship it out, but that service may take up to 8 weeks.   I can't lose the mower for 8 weeks at this time of year (the cost of a lawn service would be higher than simply replacing the mower myself), so this isn't a real solution.  I called EGO again (and again waited through their lengthy hold periods), and spoke with a rep named Jorge.   He said that he would follow up via a supervisor and call me back within 24 hours to let me know about EGO paying for a replacement mower in the short term.    24 hours came and went, and I have not received a call.    I attempted to call again, and have been on hold all the way through the closing time of 8 PM Eastern.    I have always loved the products and told everyone I could about how wonderful they are, but this customer service experience has been atrocious.   I'm hoping that I can achieve some positive result through this post.   My mower is registered with EGO.   EGO, please respond here or call me (my number is part of my registration listing) ASAP.   I'm hoping this can be resolved in a positive way soon so that I can continue to purchase more EGO products.

I just received a call from EGO, they have agreed to replace the mower on a one time basis.  Thank you EGO!   Now I can go back to looking forward to the snowblower this fall :)
