Mower won’t start

Battery says it is completely charged. However, when I put it into the mower it lights up as read in the mower will not start. Any advice?

Given that you got a full use out of the battery, AND that it is sitting on the charger all day but not recharging, my first thought is the charger is not functioning.  The mower is covered by a five year warranty, but the battery/charger are only three years, so you might be right at the point of warranty coverage dropping.  At this point, you'll need to give Ego a call so that they can troubleshoot with you further.  You'll also need your receipt unless you're product is already registered with Ego.
