I have used my lawnmower for about a year now and loved it! However, I finished two passes today and stopped 3 times, one was to to talk to neighbor who was interested in the mower. Just as I was bragging to him, the mower would not start again! I read the instructions and went down the list of trouble shooting. The motor is cool, my battery is fully charged (I put in on the charge 2x to see and ran my EGO string trimmer with the battery), I even tried a second battery, the handles are fully extended and locked in place, I have pushed the key in and each time I push it in and pull the lever back, I hear nothing. Motor/blade does spin freely, by hand. And there is no debris underneath the deck. Frustrating! HELP please.

The switch engagement has been move and not engaging anymore. You can wait until Monday for customer service. But if you can't. Take apart the top panel from under where the key is pressed. Inside there is a cam mechanism that engages the switch to start. Since you hear nothing. This has to be what is wrong. you should hear a click when you pull back the bail handle.

There are a few screws to remove. Then the handle assembly will split. Take a look and look for something near the key button.

I have heard of a spring being off centered or something like that.

I will be monitoring the forum tonight so if you have any questions. Respond back.
