Purchased the 20 inch model from Home Depot this spring.  Only used 3 times.  With fully charged battery, mower will start just fine but stops immediately upon mowing grass.  Any help with the issue is appreciated.

Hi Doug,

Have you double checked the green handle clips when the mower stops? A common cause of this issue is having a loose handle clip, so the mower starts up fine but as soon as you start to push it forward the handle collapses slightly and the safety switch cuts power to the motor. The mower will not run without the handle fully extended and the clips seated.

If the issue does turn out to be the handle clips, it is possible you need replacements. Ego updated the design of the handle clips to help them latch more securely. If this is the case you may need to check with Customer Service to see if your mower requires the newer clip design.
