I have a 20" push mower. It was great when I first got it and is now a couple years old. I started having a problem with it this summer. It seems to be having a lot of trouble mowing when pushing it forward. It will flash orange continuously on some sections and stop all together at others. At some points, if you just barely move it forward, it will stop. I would usually mow on the #3 setting. I moved it up to 4 and then 5 and it still has trouble. It also leaves behind massive clumps of grass. If I pull it backwards, it seems to do ok, but doesn't quite mow as effectively. I do see that the bar coming from the height adjustment handle has started to move outward from the mower possibly causing it to sag. The blade is sharp and the issue persists. Any ideas or is there any place I can take it to get serviced?
Also, where can I get a replacement bag or parts?

For parts, and really all your issues, you should call customer service: 1-855-EGO-5656 (1-855-346-5656) from 8:30AM - 8:00PM EST (Monday - Friday) & 10:00AM - 6:00PM EST (Saturday & Sunday).

You'll have better luck getting through early in the day.

The problem of stalling when pushing the mower sounds like it could be loose clamps on the handle, which integrate a safety shut-off feature. you might need replacements as  the 20-inch mower had that problem and the clamps were redesigned.

But none of that accounts for the sagging issue.
