My EGO mower, which I bought in March or April 2015, worked great until late August.  It was decided by EGO tech support that my mower's brain needed to be replaced as well as the two batteries that I used with it as the batteries stopped working as well.  As instructed by tech support on August 25th, 2015 I brought my mower to Home Depot to have it sent in for service and they sent me two new batteries that arrived by UPS about a week later.  On the day that I am submitting this "conversation", October 11th, 2015, I have heard nothing from EGO or Home Depot about the status of my mower.  Customer service was great when I initially had the issue, but almost 8 weeks later with no knowledge of what is being done is borderline ridiculous.  I truly enjoy working with all the EGO products I have (Blower, Mower, and Trimmer) and planned on buying the tools I don't have yet, but if repairs take this much longer than fixing a gas mower, then I may have to reconsider.  Can I please get some clarification on the status of my mower?  Also, I am curious if this is a normal wait time and if anyone else has had this type of delay?
