I tried using the mower today and put in fully charged battery. I tried turning it on and I hear the blade want to move but doesn't. Then the yellow light blinks a few seconds of holding lever down. I turned mower over and it's free of debris however I tried spinning blade by hand and I feel it bind up and feels Grindy in there in both forward and backward direction of the blade. Has anyone else experienced this situation.

Have you hit anything while mowing? Check your blade for dings. There have been a few cases where impact has dislodged a magnet inside the motor and the result is what you describe.

If that's the case you'll need to call Customer Service and they'll help you with the next step.
