Mower LED flashing green then orange

I have recharged my BA4200 battery several times with no problems using the CH2100 charger that came with my mower.  Last time, I charged it using a CH5500 rapid charger, leaving it in the charger till the charger LEDs indicated 100% charge.  Tried to use the mower a few days back, and found that the mower spun up for several seconds, then died.  At the same time, the LED on the mower switched from solid green to rapidly flashing, alternating green and orange.

What does this LED pattern indicate?  How can I continue using the BA4200?  Is it safe to continue trying to use it, or is it damaged?

Note that I have a second battery (BA2800) and the mower runs fine with that battery, so it seems the problem is with the BA4200.

Official Response
Flashing orange indicates an overload condition.  But, as you state your mower works fine with another battery, then this would appear to be a battery issue.  If you have another tool then check the batteries in it to further target the problem.  Then give customer service a call for diagnosis and warranty replacement if needed.
