I'd be happy to have a 12 volt down convertor adaptor so I could run a few 12v lights and radio in case of an emergency.  These batteries are pretty awesome to not use half of the year in the south.

I bought a 60v to 12v reducer on ebay

Works great. Just get one of these also to protect the battery.

Unless you dont want DIY. I get it. Me neither, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

Basically an inverter that converts DC 56V to AC 120V.  I might just make that myself.

Make sure you get a low voltage cut off system. They are roughly 30.00 on ebay. Also has overload protection.
