Locked Out Of 'My Account'

I am locked out of 'My Account' on the EGO web site and can't reset my password.  The website keeps telling me to "Please verify the email provided is correct."  I am using the correct email I used to register a few years ago which had all of my products on file.  Maybe something happened when they migrated to the new support system? Anyone know how I can get my password reset?

When they switched over to the new system in May (2019) I had to pick a new password (reset the password) and then found that all of the registration information had been lost. I eventually had to re-register all my items (luckily I kept PDF copies of the receipts) in the new system. I never got a response from Ego from my support request sent via the website. Good luck.
