Left hand operation of backpack blower

Please design a future backpack blower that can be configured for left hand use. I realize that we are a minority but it is really disappointing that I can't add the backpack blower to my EGo tools. Maybe the support arm could be designed on a locking swivel so that it could easily and quickly change between left and right hand use. Two of the three people in my household that do the yard work are lefties so it would be much appreciated by us. BTW, were are real customers that would actually buy one...we already own the mower, trimmer, chainsaw, hedge trimmer, and hand held blower.

According to Wikipedia (Scientific American, source), about 10% of the population is left handed:

That's a lot more than I thought! I'm no expert on leaf blowers, but as a product development team I would certainly consider making a product that didn't alienate 10% of my market! :-)

I'm right handed and even I was surprised that the trimmer attachment for the new multi-tool was designed more or less for righties. I agree they need to be more ambidextrous.

Completely agree with everyone on this! It has already been shared with the development team. :-)

My oldest son has cerebral palsy and has very little use of his right arm. His passion is yard care and I was sad and surprised that I could not find a back pack blower that would work for him.

Is there any way to reconfigure the backpack blower to have the nozel on the left side instead of the right?

Poulan Pro 58-Volt Cordless Backpack Leaf Blower PRBP675i this is only blower I found for a left hander. You remove 2 screws turn the chamber around and it is left handed. I bought their mower and chain saw so I have 3 batteries to use. There is no gas powered back pack I could find for a left hander.
