Leaf Blowers not functioning

I just bought the ego leaf blower. Very happy so far. But is there a specific problem with the leaf blowers not functioning. Is it an electric switch etc...or something else? Are the problems being addressed at manufacturing or just being replaced during warranty.

Robert, as with any manufactured products there are always bound to be a few defective units from time to time. Website reviews and online forums tend to greatly exaggerate this phenomena since most people who have issues with their tools report them, compared to the vast majority of people who don't have issues with their tools not going out of their way to give positive reviews.

The blower, like all ego tools, has a five year warranty any issues during that time will be corrected by the customer support team.

Ego has some of the best customer support in the industry, and certainly the best customer support I've ever seen. Enjoy your new blower with confidence!

The problem I had was with the switch. One day I started the blower and had only one speed - Turbo. I contacted the comany and they immediately sent a replacement unit, sans battery and charger, without question, at no cost to me. I have not had a problem since. EGO would appear to be a customer-centric company.

However, these issues relating to sudden loss of power have been addressed and corrected.
