LB4800 went dead, battery OK

My Lb4800 blower, a gift from my son earlier this year, was performing well but now will not start. Battery light indicates a full charge. I am in Spruce Grove, Alberta, Canada. Roy Schmaus

Oops! My bad. That was 1-855 not 1 800.  Got hold of EGo and they will be shipping me a replacement under warranty.
