My 21-inch ego lawnmower won't start. I was mowing the lawn then I stopped for a moment and went back and it would not start. Checked all the normal issues, battery, handles, and blade but it won't start again. Any ideas?

I have had cases where the battery locks the electronics up. And removing and inserting the battery fixed it

The fuse is right behind the battery release button there in the picture

Did you buy it with the home Depot card? If so 1 year but your past that point. Good luck

You may need to let the mower and the battery cool down, separately.  If either of them gets too hot they may just stop suddenly.

The tools should operate well unless being heavily loaded or if the mower is left sitting out in the sun etc. They shouldn’t have thermal issues in normal use, and the chargers are fan cooled.

It has been over a week and it still doesn't work. I know that it is not a over heating issue.

If under 90 days return it to HD for an exchange
If over 90 days then contact Ego customer Service and they will help you out.  Try to call when they first open for the shortest wait times. Or leave a number for a call back if there is a long wait.
