Can I register my tools that I bought last year?

Today I purchased the blower and the string trimmer, I was very happy with my mower purchase. When I went to register today's purchases it showed that no account existed under my email address. That means I never registered the mower when I purchased it. I don't remember the exact date but it was about a year ago. Can I register it now to make sure I am covered under the warranty? I'll probably never need it, it works great but just want to make sure.

On a side note, the string trimmer has much more power than the Worx one I already have. I do like the ability to adjust the shaft length on the Worx and wish this one had that feature. The twisting head of the Worx to do edging is a feature that I will also miss. The thicker 0.095" string on the Ego is a very positive plus. The thin stuff on the Worx shredded every time I got near the brick edging.
