just got my replacement lawn mower and they send me back defective old battery!

I just received my replacement lawn mower back after almost two months and noticed they sent old battery back. The battery is defective and will not charge!

Hi Kwan, it looks like you spoke to Rebekah in our customer service department yesterday.  A replacement battery is on its way.  Once again, we are sorry this happened to you and this is certainly not normal operating procedure.  We're sure it was just an accident.
