I bought my blower about a year ago at Home Depot. I tried to use it a few weeks ago and nothing. It has died. I have 2 batteries so I doubt that's the proble. Took it back to HD and they sent it to Atlanta and after several weeks they tell me they are not an authorized repair man. What do I do now?

Gary, it would seem to me if HD was not able to fix your blower they shouldn't have sent it away. Are they returning it to you? If so, give Customer Service a call and they will get you back in business:

Gary, that's odd behavior for Home Depot.  They should not be sending your products out for repair.  That's our job.  We'd be happy to get you taken care of and get a replacement out to you right away.  Please give us a call at 1-855-346-5656 and we'll do what is necessary to make this right.

Just talked with a nice lady in CS and she's sending me a new one.  Home Depot really dropped the ball when they didn't tell me they can't repair EGO blowers on 4/2/15.  Their repair facility in Atlanta held it for 24 days before sending it back on the 28th.  I'm going to be very happy to get the new one though, they work really well.

Hi Gary! I'm glad I was able to help you out by replacing your blower. Again, please give us a call directly in the future should you have any problems with your EGO blower, battery, or charger; as all warranty claims go through us, not The Home Depot. Don't forget to give us a call back or send an email to support@egopowerplus.com when you get your new blower to update the serial number.
