Issues with battery life on mower

I have a two year old EGO mower that is going into its third season.  Had issues with it last year, which were resolved by sending out a new mower (but not a new battery).  The battery life has significantly decreased this season - I sometimes need to charge it 3 or 4 times to get through what was almost done in one charge.

To add to this, I submitted a help email almost A MONTH AGO and have not heard back yet.  Can I get someone to actually assist here?  You guys need to figure out a better solution to your case handling process and response times.... because this is ridiculous.
