Is there a trimer with the powerload feature available for the powerhead?

The short answer is no. The reason is because the motors are on different ends of the tools.

With the powerhead, the motor is in the handle end. With the powerload, the motor needs to be down in the head of the trimmer.

I've used both, and while the powerload feature is nice it doesn't offer all that much advantage over Ego's regular rapid reload head, which is very easy to use.
