Is there a loaner program at the place I bought the mower (my service center) if they sent it away for 4-6 weeks when it started surging?

Afaik the only loaner program is buy and return in 90 days.....repeat and rinse until yours comes back.

like bloomz said.  just buy any mower your heart desires and return it before the refund time-frame expires.  do it again, if necessary.

taking mine tomorrow to HD  second time in this summer. they charge $20. just  to tell you they have to send it out.  Should have stuck to the good old basic mower. which I will have to buy because 4-6weeks you still have a lawn that needs mowed.

just dropped my mower at HD they said they do not send out and they do all the repairs.?? Ego rep told me to take it to HD and they would send it out for repair. This is at the Canton,Oh. location. They charged $20. that gets refunded after repairs are done because of warranty. Why charge the $20. Wondering if Ego knows what is happening at HD?? Now I have no mower and do not what's going on with getting it repaired.
