I'm in the Chicago area and seems the retail stores only carry the 5.0AHr and no battery packages. 7.5 needs to be ordered online.

jlce, Michael G. is correct if you’re in the US. If you’re in Canada HD doesn’t carry the 7.5Ah kit, you’ll need to get in touch with an independent retailer like Union Wheel in Alberta. For a nominal fee they will ship to you.
