Is it worth getting the battery?

I have the E-Go mower with 7.5A battery.  I assume that battery would last *forever* in the trimmer.  The 2.5A battery is only $30 extra at HD, and I assume it's probably lighter and easier to handle.  Is it worth paying the $30 for a small battery & extra (unneeded) charger?

And then I'm thinking about the snow blower, and the chainsaw, and ....  :-)

The way I see it, it's ALWAYS good to have an extra battery just in case.  Also, with the smaller tools the lighter 2.5Ah battery can make them much nicer to use.  If you're going to end up with an Ego fleet it's good to have a few options, and an extra $30 for that battery is almost a no-brainer. :-)
