I was just mowing my yard and I hit a root that I did not see. When I tried to restart it, It kind of started then died. I have had it die before usually from too tall of grass so I did all my normal restarting procedures and it wont start. The first few times it sounded like it was trying to start but it wouldnt. Now its not starting at all. I tried to charge the battery but that didnt fix it. I looked underneath but I couldnt see any blockage. I cleaned up a little underneath and again tried to start it but it didnt work. What should I do?

Sounds like something in motor or shaft is bent. You probably need to contact Ego support to find an authorized repair shop.

I'd love to know how this plays out, for future reference. I have several roots like that on the edge of my yard that hopefully my Ego mower blade will never meet!
