I purchased the EGO Power+ 14-inch 56-Volt chainsaw. The oil was\is not spraying on chain. Contacted EGO (took several attempts). I took the chainsaw to Home Depot as directed. They wanted $20 just to look at it. If a repair was required I would have to pay them and then negotiate with EGO for a reimbursement. I have had the chainsaw for just over a month and used (maybe) 8 minutes (long enough to know oil was not working). How do I get a refund or a replacement?
