I used my grass trimmer last summer and it worked just fine. I plugged in the power supply and placed the battery in the charger and let it cycle through the charge. I placed the battery into the grass trimmer and it doesn't work. Any suggestions?

The only thing that comes to mind is to check the battery contacts for corrosion, as well as spinning the motor by hand a few times (with the battery removed from the tool!).

Sometimes after sitting for a while there can be a little corrosion built up between the brushes and commutator inside a motor.  Giving it a little spin by hand can usually fix that up.

If there's corrosion on the contacts you can try cleaning them with a pencil eraser.

If neither of those things work you'll have to contact customer service:
