I ordered the new self propelled mower last week and sure enough, they sent me the push mower!

I currently own an EGO mower, blower, trimmer, and four batteries including the 7.5a so my experiences have been solid with the company up until today.  I ordered the self propelled mower last week and took today off work so I could meet UPS for the delivery (expecting to have to sign for the mower but actually did not).  However, they sent me the new 21" push mower instead of the self propelled.  My receipt from HD shows the self propelled and they certainly charged me for that model.  Here is where the pain comes in, there are no stores according the call center that carry the SP model, so they will reorder one for me and it should be here as soon as 10 days and I need to return the wrong one to the local HD store.  Really, this is poor customer service to say the least!

Greg, we're sorry that this happened but, as SCDC mentioned, EGO as the brand does not control the mis-shipment and can't correct the wrong you've experienced.  We hope that you are able to resolve this directly with The Home Depot.
