Battery blinking / No service

I've called customer service 2 weeks ago.. After explaining my I issue in detail the guy said I need my battery replaced and for that I needed to upload the purchase receipt to my warranty. I did that on the same day (case 00152338) but the case was closed without resolution, so I decided to open a new case online (00152349).. I never heard back, every time I call I wait 15 minutes and then the calls drops (I tried 4 times, including today). My second case was closed asking me to call, nobody is reading emails either. It's one of my worst customer experiences ever, and I really love the product, so I guess everything's great until something breaks.I had an issue with my Weber grill, called them, in less than 5 minutes they had everything they needed and shipped a replacement the next day.What should I do to get any type of help? Shaming on Facebook?
